Breastfeeding Help

As a breastfeeding counselor I provide non-judgemental assistance to women and their families in establishing breastfeeding and helping them to overcome common challenges that can arise during the course of nursing.

Visits are conducted in your home so you can be comfortable while you communicate your situation to me. I will observe you and your child while you breastfeed and together we will establish a simple plan for getting nursing on-track.

If I encounter a problem that is beyond my skills, I will always refer you to another health care professional with more knowledge such as a Lactation Consultant or pediatrician.

If you think that you might need some help with breastfeeding please call me or another health care professional as soon as possible; many challenges that arise are easily corrected if they are addressed right away.
